COMPOSITION:Each vial contains:
Procaine Penicillin ....................15 lacs i.u.
Benzyl Penicillin ....................... 5 lacs i.u.
Streptomycin Sulphate ............. 5 gm

INDICATIONS:
PENBIOTIC is effective in the treatment of streptomycin and penicillin infections caused by susceptible organisms. It is used for treatment and control of infectious diarrhoea, shipping fever, pneumonia, bronchitis, tracheitis, pleurisy, navel infections, foot-rot, atrophic rhinitis, listeriosis, maningitis, urogenital tract infections, enteritis associated with salmonella, as supportive treatment in bacillary infections and mastitis in cattle, buffaloes, calves, horses, sheep, goats, lambs and dogs.

PENBIOTIC effectively cover the infections caused by Corynebacterium pyogenes, Erysipelothrix, Klebsiella, Listeria, Pasteurella spp., Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp., and Salmonella spp. The combination of streptomycin and penicillin is especially useful in the treatment of mixed infections involving both gram positive and gram negative organisms.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
Milk : Three days from the last day of treatment for human consumption.
Meat : 18 days before slaughter.

DOSAGE:
Poultry:                         0.25 ml / 1 kg, 

Sheep & Goats:          2 ml / 25 kg, 

Cattle / Buffaloes:    15 ml / 250 kg, 

Camels / Horses:      30 ml / 500 kg

ADMINISTRATION:
PENBIOTIC injection is administered by intramuscular route. Add 10 ml distilled water in the vial. The resultant solution is 15 ml. Use according to the dosage schedule.

PRECAUTIONS:
1. Contra indicated in known cases of hypersensitivity to penicillin. Milk should not be taken during treatment.
2. Not intended for use in sheep producing milk for human consumption.

STORAGE CONDITIONS:
Store below 30°C in a dark and dry place away from children.
